Computer Based Training Material - Our standard shipping for orders within the U.S. is UPS Blue (delivery within 2 working days). UPS Red (overnight delivery) and FedEx shipping options also available. Orders must be placed before 12:00 noon EST to guarantee same day shipping.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a student must cancel their enrollment, please notify us as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund if your cancellation is received at least 11 business days prior to the beginning of the course. 1/3 of the course cost will be billed if the cancellation is received 6-10 business days prior to the start of the course. 2/3 of the course cost will be billed for cancellations received 0-5 days prior to the start of the course.

If you are not completely satisfied with your KeyStone Learning Systems courseware, please contact MTG’s customer service representative within thirty days from the date of purchase by emailing cbtreturns@mdtechgroup.com. We will gladly make a one-time exchange or full refund (less shipping charges). All returns require an RMA number from KeyStone placed prominently on the outside of the box. Packages arriving without RMA numbers will be returned to sender.
Please note:

• To qualify for a refund or exchange we require that no more than 50% of any course or product be opened or viewed.
• KeyStone does not accept returns for items that we resell, including: books, simulations, exams, and hardware. We are happy to refund or exchange any KeyStone video, CD, or DVD courseware.
• Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
• Packages arriving at KeyStone without authorization will be refused.
• KeyStone does not accept returns on multi-user licenses.

Requests for returns made after 30 days from date of purchase will be denied.
